Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you bought. Credit purchases are one-time payments processed by Stripe.

Full refund

If you ask within 14 days of purchase and have used less than 10% of the credits from that purchase, we refund the full amount.

Partial refund

Within 14 days, if you have used more than that, we refund the unused credits from that purchase at the price you paid.

Always refunded

• Accidental duplicate purchases.
• Purchases where the credits never arrived.

Failed AI actions

You do not need to ask — an AI action that fails is never charged.

How to ask

Email hello@davidyin.dev from the address on your Stripe receipt, or include the receipt number. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
