How to take a full-page screenshot in Chrome

Install the free Save Any Page extension, open the page, click the extension icon and choose “Export full page”. It scrolls the page for you and stitches everything into one sharp image (PNG) or an A4 PDF, on your own computer. No account needed.
Step by step
- Open the page
Go to the page you want to keep — an article, a receipt, a refund policy, a long chat or a product page.
- Click the Save Any Page icon
A side panel opens next to the page. Chrome only lets the extension read the page after this click.
- Choose “Export full page”
The extension scrolls from top to bottom and captures each screen. Keep the tab in front while it runs.
- Download PNG or PDF
Save one long image at your screen’s full resolution, or an A4 PDF split into pages for printing.

Why do it this way
- One tall image instead of many screenshots you have to glue together.
- Sticky headers and pop-up bars are hidden while capturing, so they don’t repeat down the page.
- Works on pages that scroll inside a box, not only the whole window.
- Runs locally: the page is never uploaded, and there is no watermark.

Is it really free?
Yes. Full-page export is free and unlimited. Only the AI actions use credits.
Does it work on very long pages?
Yes. Very long pages are split into several images automatically, because browsers cannot draw a single image taller than about 32,000 pixels.
Why does it say I need to click the icon again?
Chrome gives an extension access to a page only at the moment you click its icon. If the page reloads or moves to a new address, click the icon once more.
